Supported Living North Yorkshire delivers tailored outreach support across North Yorkshire and the East Riding. We work with adults diagnosed with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions, often with complex needs. Our 24/7 specialist supported living services are designed to promote independence while providing the right level of support, including 1:1 and 2:1 staffing where required.
