Operations Manager (6-Month Fixed Term Contract) This role focuses on building and improving how Smartly delivers work to new clients at the start of their journey with us. You will design scalable processes, create clear operational standards, and ensure teams have the tools and structure they need to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. This is a 6-month fixed term contract role, paid hourly, supporting a focused period of operational improvement.
