Installation Admin Support At Trinity Fire & Security , we’re more than just experts in safety and security — we’re a supportive team with a shared purpose: protecting what matters most to our customers. We’re looking for a proactive and organised Installation Admin Support to join our Manchester office (Middleton, M24 1GQ ) and play a key role in assisting our Installation teams in their day to day activities. You’ll join a collaborative environment where your ideas are valued, and your work truly makes a difference every day. This is a full time, permanent role working 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday . You will be office based at our Middleton office which has on-site parking. What you'll be doing: As an Installation Admin Support you will: Book & coordinate the engineers. Assist with compiling manuals for completed contracts/works. Chase and process certificates for completed contracts. Order materials and Scheduling deliveries to assist the Installation managers.
