Description Job Title: Patient Resource Consultant: Compensation (Based on experience and qualifications) Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm with a Saturday Rotation 8:00am - 1:00pm We are seeking a Patient Resource Consultant (PRC) to join our team. As a PRC, you will be responsible for interviewing, verifying insurance benefits, and performing financial case management for uninsured and underinsured patients. You will review, evaluate, and coordinate health insurance benefits available through public and private health care coverage programs for reimbursement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping patients understand insurances, payment options, and all the services/programs offered by our healthcare facility. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to provide enabling services to patients, including transportation and translation services.
