Job Summary The Manager, Test Engineering is responsible for leading and executing high-power testing activities for large-scale electrical power systems, including UPS, PDU, STS, and Energy Storage Solutions. This role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant testing operations while driving continuous improvement through Lean principles, 5S, and strong collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and Facilities teams. This position will be based onsite at our Delaware, OH location. Responsibilities: High Power Testing & Technical Leadership - Plan, manage, and execute high-power test activities for large UPS systems, PDUs, STSs, and energy storage solutions. - Define and maintain test procedures, acceptance criteria, and documentation for functional, performance, and load testing. - Oversee the use, configuration, and maintenance of load banks and associated high-power test equipment. - Troubleshoot complex electrical and system-level issues during testing and startup.
