Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Urology at UW Health is consistently ranked among the country's top programs and offers center-oriented specialty treatments and consultations in Pediatric Urology, urologic cancers, stone disease, urinary tract infections, voiding dysfunction and infertility, as well as a full complement of minimally-invasive surgery techniques related to urologic conditions. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to: Potentially complete additional procedures in clinic including but not limited to: ureteral stent removals. Education: Minimum – - Provide care to adult urology patients in an outpatient setting. - Manage oncologic urology patients - Conduct comprehensive or episodic health history and physical assessment of patients with acute, chronic and/or potential health problems. - Perform routine clinical procedures independently as outlined in practice agreements/scope of practice including, but not limited to: catheter insertions, catheter changes, and complex bladder irrigation. - If Nurse Practitioner: Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program. - If Physician Assistant...
