Coordinates activities with the Manager of Operations and manages both quantitative and qualitative data, ensuring data quality, and applying data findings to support effective strategies and outcomes. Position Type: Full-Time/Regular ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Support evaluation and reporting requirements for federal, state, and county grants. Prepare expense vouchers and coordinate the purchase and distribution of client incentives (e.g., gift cards). Participate in internal and community quality improvement initiatives from planning through implementation and evaluation. Facilitate monthly meetings to review goals, outcomes, and implementation progress. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate program performance and outcomes.
