Department: Operations Department Reports To: Distributions Manager: Positions Supervised: Assistant Operation Managers, Warehouse Supervisors, Warehouse, Nail Packers, Drivers: POSITION SUMMARY: Directs and coordinates activities of warehouse workers engaged in receiving and distributing building material products by performing the following duties. Directly supervises 5-35 employees in the Warehouse. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. This position is responsible for maintaining and enforcing all company procedures, policies and practices.
