City/State Charlottesville, VA Work Shift: Third (Nights) Overview: Additional Job Description Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital is hiring a Patient Care Tech (PCT) for the Float Pool! This is a full time, night shift in Charlottesville, VA. Hours: 7PM to 7AM or 6p to 6a- Three 12-hour shifts (36-hours per week), with rotating weekends. Department/Position Overview: The Central Float Pool at Sentara Martha Jefferson is hospital specific and includes floating to units with additional need due to either acuity or staffing. Primarily assigned to IMCU or Medical/Surgical units, this unit offers training and precepting on the ICU and ED for those who wish to move into these more critical care areas. This Central Float Pool is ideal for those who enjoy variety or are interested in learning new skills.
