OVERVIEW: The Executive Search Enablement Partner plays a critical role in enabling high quality executive hiring at DICK’S Sporting Goods. This role is designed around the highest value work that supports Director and above searches, partnering closely with Lead Executive Search Partners to translate search strategy into execution ready tools, insights, and materials. This role focuses on search enablement, funnel optimization, and scale across the executive recruiting portfolio. Over time, this role is expected to develop the capability to independently lead executive searches.
