Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Hours | Schedule: - Full-time, 40 hours per week - Days, M-F: 6:30a - 3:00p - On call and holiday call rotations Position Summary: Serves as the technical lead for the Nuclear Medicine modality, supporting the Department Manager in advancing patient care, regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, and a positive employee culture. Performs diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine procedures while providing day-to-day technical leadership and subject matter expertise. Assists with ensuring compliance with Joint Commission standards, state and federal regulations, and ARRT requirements. Supports staffing activities and materials management within the modality. Produces high-quality diagnostic images to support accurate clinical decision-making, explains procedures and preparation to patients, and collaborates closely with radiologists, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes.
