Manages the planning, organization, and implementation of Managed Care Provider (MCP) benefits including but not limited to Enhanced Care Management (ECM), Community Supports (CS) and Community Health Worker (CHW). DUTIES: SUMMARY: Manages the planning, organization, and implementation of Managed Care Provider (MCP) benefits including but not limited to Enhanced Care Management (ECM), Community Supports (CS) and Community Health Worker (CHW).
