Birchwood Senior Living, a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community, is looking for dedicated and passionate MDS Coordinator to join our growing team. We are in Forest Lake , located immediately South of highway 61 and highway 8 corridors. We have been helping seniors Age Magnificently since 1979 and are part of Senior Care Communities, a local non-profit supporting seniors. Schedule Available: Full Time M-F, Day shift, No weekends, No Manager on Duty Requirements Wage: $44-$47 based on experience Are you compassionate towards others?
