WHAT YOU’LL DO: It is the responsibility of the Fountain Worker to supply efficient and courteous service to our guests while displaying salesmanship and friendly hospitality skills. This position must also show a high level of professional and personalized guest service. ROLE EXPECTATIONS: Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following: Attend team update meetings. Maintain uniform appearance according to established guidelines. Adhere to policies and procedures and Health Department regulations. Greet guests in a friendly and prompt manner to take orders for food and beverage items. Use suggestive selling techniques. Know all menu items. Know the locations of all Rio outlets and services available to the guests. Responsible for obtaining, reconciling, and returning cash bank at the beginning and end of shift. Accurately input food and beverage orders into the point-of-Sale system. Follow cash handling procedures and cash register policies. Rotate and date all products.
