ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The individual must have the ability to perform the responsibilities listed below. The list is not all inclusive of duties that may be requested by the department head or a member of upper management but are intended for an understanding of the purpose of the position. Develop and maintain all recruitment advertising, this will include social media channels and proactively mining all available databases of talent. Represent the organization at job fairs, educational institutions, and community events. Respond quickly to all candidate inquiries. Coordinate interviews and tours with selected candidates. Communicate daily the status of interviews, screenings, and new hires, and other metrics as requested. Schedule selected candidates for on-boarding and orientation with the HR Generalist. Requires a working knowledge of current recruiting and HRIS systems. Maintain a high degree of confidentially. This position requires strong communication and computer skills to include LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. Bi-lingual candidates preferred. Assist with other duties in the Human Resources office as needed.
