Job description

Mission: Within the framework of the Group's strategy and the objectives set by General Management, the Global Program manager organizes the Program for Predictive Maintenance to reduce warranty costs and increase customer satisfaction on a global scope. Activities: The overall objective is to build an operational Predictive Maintenance program; being able to predict product failures and use these predictions to reduce warranty costs and increase customer satisfaction. Build a cross-functional team to define and build the process and tools needed; start the operations and make the handover to the different stakeholders. Responsibilities: Financial data: Manages a budget of several million euros. - Will be responsible for the deliverables, budget and planning.
