Join Our Mission to Elevate Outpatient Care in Ontario Accreditation Canada is seeking experienced registered nurses, physiotherapists, midwives, surgeons, and physicians to serve as assessors for the Integrated Community Health Services Centres (ICHSC) Quality Assurance Program. As an ICHSC assessor, you will conduct on-site assessments of community-based surgical and medical centres, helping to ensure that licensed services meet rigorous quality and safety standards. Through evidence-informed standards, assessments, education, and data-driven insights, we work collaboratively with health and social service organizations to foster continuous improvement and advance patient-centred care. The ICHSC Quality Assurance Program is a mandatory, inspection-based accreditation program in the Province of Ontario that enhances patient safety by assessing the facility-level policy and operations supporting the delivery of licensed services at a diagnostic, surgical and/or medical centre.
