Company: Mercer Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Benefits Management Technology Team at Mercer, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Cluj-Napoca and is a hybrid position requiring at least three days a week onsite. The GBM team supports benefits consultants globally by coordinating benefits products and administration, maintaining GBM systems, and delivering high-quality service in a multicultural environment. The Product Specialist will work closely with the Product Owner team. Overall the Product Specialist will contribute to strategic goals, support product development, monitor product usage and gather feedback using Pendo, partner with team members and business stakeholders, test and analyse system configuration (User Acceptance Testing) and provide ad hoc support to other Product Owner team members. We will count on you to: - Support BYG and BM mailboxes – ongoing monitoring, response to all emails within 24 hours, escalating issues as required to L2 team, PO team, etc, and proactively monitoring for completion, organizing cover for mailboxes during annual leave - Monitor incoming BM support tickets to see if they can be resolved or...
