Role title: Apprentice Surveyor – Business Space Location: Glasgow (Campbell Street, Cadworks, G2 6SE) Salary: £23,000 + £1,000 Sign On Bonus Start Date: August 2026 About the team: The Glasgow Agency team specialises in all agency related work, including leasing, selling and acquiring, of both Industrial/Logistics space and Office space across Glasgow and the Central Belt of Scotland. Our client base is wide ranging, varying from large international real estate funds, to smaller independent private clients based locally. The team currently comprises 3x Directors, 1x Associate Director and a Team Administrator. The Apprentice Surveyor will be supporting all members of the team across a wide range of instructions/clients. Day to day duties: Arranging and carrying out viewings for properties that Savills are marketing Keeping Enquiry and Availability schedules updated Updating and maintain online advertising websites Promote Savills and their properties through appropriate social media channels Actively pursue leads to achieve property transactions Liaise with colleagues at Savills and other firms to ascertain market trends/developments Regularly keep clients up to date on their prop...
