Job Summary Aptive seeks an experienced Program Manager to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM). This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing enterprise-level initiatives that support healthcare technology management operations, modernization efforts, and national program priorities across VA medical facilities. Primary Responsibilities: The selected candidate will manage projects throughout the full lifecycle, including scope development, scheduling, resource planning, risk identification and mitigation, stakeholder coordination, and progress reporting. Responsibilities include developing project documentation, tracking deliverables, preparing leadership briefings, and supporting recurring program communications such as monthly progress reports and strategic planning updates. The Project/Program Manager will work closely with clinical engineering and healthcare technology stakeholders to ensure initiatives are executed efficiently and align with mission goals.
