Job Description Summary The Services OM&U Deployment Manager will lead a team of Deployment leaders who lead and support the development and deployment of new technologies and tooling for our global Wind Service OM&U Business. They will also lead Operations Maintenance & Upgrades lean efforts for new and existing processes/capabilities to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, & Cost. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: As the Services OM&U Deployment Manager, you will: Direct a team of Deployment Leaders who have the following responsibilities & be able to perform these same responsibilities as required: Be the primary liaison between the Global Wind Services OM&U (Operations, Tooling Centers, EHS) and Wind Engineering (Systems Engineering, ARC, Repair & Installation Technology, Product Line, FPM) in the areas of O&M automation & new technology programs. Lead Global Validations & Beta Period of tooling/process products by working with Wind Engineering, Product Line, Regional Execution Teams, EHS and etc. to ensure timely and realistic trials; this will include the establishment of validation teams, identification of site / location, logistics, work instructions, execution and...
