HR Policy Advisor (HRPA) – SME Work Location: Washington, DC: Employment Type: Full-Time, Expert-Level: Department: Administrative and Logistics Support: CGS is seeking a skilled HR Policy Advisor (HRPA) – SME to support mission-critical operations for a federal client. Skills and attributes for success: Provide HR policy guidance, develop policy documentation, and advise leadership on workforce policy issues. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements. Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives . Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency. Qualifications: Minimum of Recognized subject matter expert with exceptional expertise and leadership in the field. Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
