Important Requirement: All new hires must complete 7 days of orientation (8:30 AM – 4:00 PM) prior to starting at a residential or day program site. Position: Direct Support Professional (Part-Time – 12 Hours per Week) Location: Moncks Corner (Morning View) Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Overtime: Available Experience: No experience required – Paid training provided Schedule: Every Saturday 8:00am – 8:00pm Position Summary: The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides support, supervision, and training to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a Community Training Home (CTH). The DSP helps individuals achieve independence, safety, and personal development in accordance with agency values and procedures.
