Training Lead - Day Shift - Days Off: Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday

Job description

This role follows a Day shift schedule, working from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM , with designated days off on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. The Training Lead is responsible for supporting training activities for hourly new hires across departments, ensuring that they are adequately aware of the ops team and the overall processes, and that all new hourly hires complete their initial online training on the lms. They need to have a focused approach on training hourly production new hires and ensure that they are trained on all production processes and that they understand expectations on human safety, food safety and general behaviors. Training leads are also responsible for ensuring that online refresher training is completed as assigned for the hourly teams (associates and leads). In addition to new hires, Training leads will support CI initiatives as needed and also support any retraining efforts across departments for the hourly population. Training leads, like other roles, may also be asked to join the production floor and assist based on operational needs.
