Overview: Job Description Summary: Collaborates with leadership to coordinate clinical services and related administrative activities on the multidisciplinary program to achieve the most effective, efficient, and culturally relevant service delivery to children and families. Assists with quality assurance, compliance, fiscal accountability, training, staff development, and customer and stakeholder relationships on behalf of the program team. Job Description: Essential Functions: - Coordinates clinical activities of the program to achieve the most competent service delivery. Maintains familiarity with research literature in areas of expertise and supports research activities relevant to clinical services. - Monitors and assesses practice patterns to ensure high level of clinical expertise and positive outcomes.
