Position Purpose: The individual in this position acts as a quality service individual who operates, monitors, repairs and maintains Central Plant systems and equipment including boilers, chillers, HVAC units, related auxiliary equipment and controls in a safe and efficient manner. What you will do: Monitors and repairs major boiler components including fire box, water tubes, headers and mud drums. Monitors and repairs burners including control valves, nozzles and tips for all fuels utilized. Monitors and repairs boiler fire safety control systems. Monitors and repairs boiler combustion control systems. Monitors and repairs feedwater and make-up water treatment and supply system including condensate storage, deaerator transfer and feedwater supply pumps, pressure regulator and boiler water level control.
