As part of the Global Monetization Creative Product Team, you will play a pivotal role in scaling creative adoption across Italy, empowering advertisers to unlock TikTok’s creative potential and driving sustained revenue growth through innovative product solutions. Our Advertiser Enablement team is the gateway between Creative Product and the EUI market, including both GBS and our clients directly; we are the frontline for driving revenue, ensuring that Creative is a lever for TikTok growth, and that our products are adopted across our largest activations. Our team is looking for an entrepreneurial, high-EQ creator- and product marketing expert, who can help bring our advertisers’ visions to life with exciting content. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience collaborating with product teams, creative partners, creative teams, and content creators in a commercial context, with a proven ability to influence advertisers to embrace creative as a catalyst for business success.
