Overview HarperCollins Publishers is launching a state-of-the-art, 1.6 million-square-foot, 24/7 distribution center designed to revolutionize supply chain logistics with cutting-edge technology. To lead the HR function for this flagship facility, we’re seeking a seasoned Director, People to drive workforce strategy, foster a culture of respect, and ensure operational excellence. Responsibilities: The Director, People will oversee HR operations for our new facility, partnering with senior leadership to align workforce strategies with business goals. This role requires expertise in managing multi-shift, 24/7 operations, policy design and implementation, employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, and training. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in OSHA compliance, including 300 log reporting and inspections, and a track record of success in large-scale warehouse environments.
