AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE CENTER CLK Job Number: 260001CP Primary Location : Spain-Cadiz-Rota Organization : Rota Autoport Pay Range : 16.50 Job Summary: Performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties pertaining to the operation of an Auto Service Center. Duties and Responsibilities: Verifies tank monitoring system and orders gasoline as needed. - Acts as certified Haz Mat handler maintaining all training record keeping handling and storage as required to maintain compliance. - Prepares Daily and Monthly Worksheets for selling departments concerning sales expenses incurred and net profit obtaining information from pertinent documents processed and records maintained. - Prepares Reports of Goods Received RGR Retail Price Changes RPC chargebacks and transfers. Verifies invoices for accuracy and forwards to accounting office. - Maintains files and logs as needed. Verifies all permits required. Prepares a variety of material in final form from rough or handwritten draft. - May order and or receive merchandise. May maintain current price lists.
