Position Summary: The Sales Support Specialist (SSS) drives revenue by supporting Inside Sales Engineers. With a strong customer service focus, the SSS responds to inbound inquiries, collects customer data, generates quotations, and provides general administrative support to Inside Sales Engineers. This role is pivotal in driving customer retention and maximizing revenue.
