THE WORK: You will join our Finance Operations team, supporting end‑to‑end Order to Cash processes – from customer inquiry and sales order through delivery, invoicing, cash application, and collections. This role is an individual contributor position , performed within a clearly defined scope of work, with close collaboration within the team and with your direct supervisor. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Support collections activities for a dedicated customer portfolio Contact customers (phone/email) regarding outstanding payments Apply payments and credits and support account reconciliation Release orders according to defined rules and timelines Perform basic credit checks (customer history, payment behavior) Cooperate with internal teams (Finance, Sales, Customer Service) Escalate issues and risks to the Team Lead when need...
