Location : Morgan Hill, CA Pay : $45.00 per hour Schedule : Full-time (30+ hours/week, 12-hour shifts) Travel : Up to 50% JOB OVERVIEW: We are hiring experienced Heavy Machinery Operators to support the safe operation, testing, and performance of 20-ton mining vehicles. This role includes equipment operation, inspections, and providing feedback to engineering teams to support vehicle safety and performance. RESPONSIBILITIES: REQUIREMENTS: - Safely operate 20-ton mining vehicles and other fleet equipment - Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and DVIRs - Identify and report maintenance or performance issues - Support hardware and software testing - Provide written and verbal feedback to engineering teams - Maintain safety and compliance standards at all times - Travel as needed to support field operations - Minimum 5+ years of heavy machinery operator experience - Comfortable operating and backing large (20-ton) vehicles - Ability to drive for extended periods - Clean driving record (MVR) - Must pass background check, drug test, DOT physical, and road test - No more than 2 minor violations in the past 3 years - No serious violations in the past 5 years - No DUI-related offens...
