Job Title: Site Quality Warranty Leader - Type of contract: Full-time - Expected Hiring Date: ASAP - Scope: Elkhart, IN site with cross-functional collaboration across Quality, Engineering, Suppliers, Customers, and global support teams Responsibilities: - Lead site warranty management, including claim analysis, approvals, rejections, and adherence to company procedures - Manage warranty systems, ERP workflows, and RGA/RMA processes - Analyze warranty data to identify trends, defect modes, costs, and improvement opportunities - Oversee customer support for warranty-related issues and ensure timely, accurate resolutions - Address escalations and represent the site with customers and suppliers - Drive root-cause analysis using 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, FTA, and other quality tools - Lead cross-functional team actions without direct authority and ensure timely follow-up - Review technical drawings, schematics, and BOMs to support accurate failure diagnostics - Supp...
