Job Title Executive Assistant Job Description Summary: Cushman & Wakefield’s New York Midtown office is seeking an experienced c-suite Executive Administrator to support NYC’s senior management and brokerage professionals with all administrative and strategic initiatives. Job Description Principal Responsibilities: - Assist managing complex business operations to ensure administrative, financial, and operational activities are performed in a seamless and efficient manner. - Provide oversight and guidance, organize, and prioritize critical issues. - Anticipate needs and undertake necessary actions to produce effective results timely. - Manage and organize complex calendars such as meetings, agendas, lunch arrangements and travel plans; work around scheduling conflicts and keep executives on schedule. - Assist in planning and coordinating complex travel arrangements. - Manage email correspondence for executives promptly.
