G3 Boats/Yamaha is looking to hire a onsite Controller for their Lebanon Missouri location. We’re looking for a Controller who loves numbers and loves making them meaningful. In this role, you’ll lead the charge on financial budgeting, product costing, and pricing strategies that shape the future of our business. You’ll own the creation and submission of reporting packages to Corporate and craft clear, insightful financial reports and review materials that help our teams understand where we are—and where we’re headed. You’ll dive into the day‑to‑day accounting activity, partner closely with our Accounting team, and keep a sharp eye on the financial side of our manufacturing process. When something stands out, you’ll be the one to break it down, tell the story behind the numbers, and share it with leadership in a way that sparks action. We’re also counting on you to elevate our cost accounting systems, eliminate surprise variances, and build processes that make our financial engine run smoother than ever.
