As the Expo, you’re the link between our kitchen and our servers , verifying accuracy, presentation, and portion sizes, and making sure every order gets to the right table at the right time. Okay, but what does an Expo actually do? - Act as the final checkpoint for every dish — checking accuracy, plating, and portion sizes before it reaches a guest - Bridge the gap between the kitchen (BOH) and servers (FOH), keeping communication clear and service running on time - Organize and prioritize incoming tickets to maintain kitchen pace and keep wait times short - Keep the expo station clean, stocked, and ready to roll throughout service - Assist with packaging takeout and delivery orders accurately and efficiently Requirements: What makes a great Expo?: What else do you need to know?
