Casual Transitional Support Professional within Pickering, ON which includes days, evenings, weekends and overnight shifts. Casual wage is $25.82. This location is not on a typical bus route. Full G license and personal automobile insurance preferred. Experience with Behaviour Support Plans, supporting people interacting with the Criminal Justice System, dual diagnosis, autism, and FASD. Current NVCI, Safe Management, and First Aid/CPR an asset. We are accepting applications until May 18, 2026. TRANSITIONAL RELIEF SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL: The Transitional Relief Support provides call-in or back-fill support to people supported. They assist with activities of daily living and work within the protocols of the location. They work with other employees on shift to provide supports and services to people. Working within Karis Disability Services’ Service Principles, the Transitional Relief Support considers each person’s intrinsic value. As part of the clinical duties, the Transitional Relief Support may be required to provide reports on clinical interventions.
