Job description

Recruitment Supervisor: - Leads the execution of the strategy for the specific market or service lines this individual is directly responsible for. - Ensures direct reports adhere to company service level agreements and industry best practices around process performance and timeliness, posting practices, candidate experience and manager and facility leadership relationships. - Has direct supervisory responsibility for a subset of the larger Group recruitment team. This includes performance management, annual evaluations, training, and support. - Assists recruiters and managers in issue resolution for process, technology, candidate flow or other issues as they may arise. - Takes a leadership stance for the entire Group team and can act as short-term coverage for the Group manager when out. - Provide reports and other actionable information to facility leadership that drives recruiting results. - Coordinates recruitment efforts for assigned facilities and/or service line vacancies to attract qualified candidates to fill openings within an appropriate timeframe. - Maintains Applicant Tracking System and postings to ensure SEO and JD attract qualified applicants. - Maintains ongoing co...
