SUMMARY: As a Physical Therapist – Rehab, your ability to design, plan, and implement personalized physical therapy interventions greatly enhances patient function and overall quality of life. STATUS: Per Diem: LOCATION: St. Mary's Campus - 89 Genesee St. Rochester, NY 14611 DEPARTMENT: Physical Therapy Rehabilitation: SCHEDULE: Day Shift, 8-hr shifts, 8 am - 4:30 pm; weekend rotation, a minimum of one shift a month is required POSITION SUMMARY: Assesses and restores patients' function, alleviates pain, and prevents disabilities by designing, planning, and implementing medically prescribed physical therapy interventions. Provide superior customer service by modeling the Brand Promise and Core Values. RESPONSIBILITIES: Treatment & Planning.
