Position Summary: As a key member of the Ice Arena team, the Skating Instructor is responsible for teaching the Learn to Skate programs and skating events. Essential Functions: Teach the Learn to Skate Program classes, birthday parties, & special events. Maintain a professional demeanor and attitude with all facility staff & guests. Assist in the registration and administration of the Learn to Skate Program. Submit timely and accurate timecards and payroll data sheets. Submit timely and accurate class/party/special event attendance sheets and coaching fee payment receipts. Organize and assist skating shows and competitions. Respond quickly and appropriately to all inquiries about facility programs. Communicate effectively with the Program Office and Arena Staff to maximize guest service and operational efficiency.
