Clinical Supervisor

Description The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Clinical Director with daily oversight of the Substance Use Behavioral Health Residential Facility. The Clinical Supervisor works with the Clinical Director in developing, directing and supervising the clinical processes, programming and employees delivering substance use treatment to men, women and families. Duties/Responsibilities: - Provides administrative and clinical supervision to employees with timely submission of clinical supervision documentation. - Supervision of weekly clinical case staffing. - Prepares and delivers formal evaluations of employee performance as needed and as required. - Informs employees on Axiom Care Policies and Procedures, Licensure requirements and any contract terms. - Reviews and signs off on clinical documentation as part of clinical and utilization review as appropriate. - Ensure in-service education and training to all clinical employees to ensure quality clinical care and compliance with licensing requirements. - Oversees and approves the curriculum and clinical treatment programs to reflect the needs of the population served. - Responsible for ensuring the fidelity of the cu...
