The Portfolio Talent team plays a central role in this mission — supporting founders and leadership teams on executive hiring, compensation strategy, organizational design, succession planning, board effectiveness, and leadership development. The Role: We are hiring a Network & Talent Associate to strengthen the infrastructure, intelligence, and community that powers our Talent function. In this role, you will increase the team’s capacity to focus on senior advisory work and long-term strategic initiatives (e.g. Balderton Bench, Wellbeing & Performance programs) by building systems, improving data integrity, enhancing network visibility, and supporting executive search activity across the portfolio.
