About the role: We’re seeking a new Management Support Officer who will provide high‑quality operational and administrative support to the General Manager of Zinfra Projects & Infrastructure (ZPI) and the Zinfra Projects Leadership Team, enabling effective governance, communication, and day‑to‑day operations. The role coordinates depot management activities, supports multiple committees, and manages diaries, onboarding, travel, catering, and site logistics. It owns ZPI internal communications channels, including newsletters and recognition programs, ensuring consistent, timely, and engaging messaging.
