Job Description The successful candidate will research, analyze, review, and/or compose deliverables in support of engineering, design, procurement, and/or fabrication/construction projects. Assignments may be discipline-specific or generalist engineering tasks, or a mixture. This seasonal, variable-hour position is located in our Anchorage, Alaska offices. While this position is intended to provide opportunity for learning and discovery, its primary focus is production of engineering deliverables in conformance to the engineering execution plan for each program or project. Responsibilities: - Researches and analyzes data such as statements of requirements, proposals, specifications, and manuals. - Supports development of project scopes of work, estimates, and/or schedules. - Develops and reviews project drawings, standards and specifications. - Assists in development of equipment, material, and construction specifications. - Uses computer-assisted software and equipment to perform engineering and design tasks. - Applies applicable codes, regulations and laws under guidance of responsible engineer. - Provides support during fabrication and installation phases to ensure engineering...
