Geometrical Engineer

Job description

We are looking for a Geometrical Engineer to support vehicle development by ensuring geometric convergence and dimensional compliance during the development phase. The role focuses on validating geometry through analysis, measurements, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet perceived quality (Gaps & Flushness) and product requirements. The successful candidate will contribute to the definition and validation of geometric targets, ensuring alignment between design, manufacturing, and quality expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure Gaps & Flushness (G&F) convergence during the vehicle development phase Develop and validate geometry through: - Creation and convergence of part drawings - Preparation of control reports and measurement analysis Drive geometric convergence across vehicle areas: - Front (AV) / Rear (AR) - Lateral sections - Interior components - Ensure compliance with perceived quality (PQ) standards and requirements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, body, interior, manufacturing, etc.) - Lead and participate in functional synthesis meetings and coordinate with partner domains - Support issue identification, analysis, and resolution rel...
