JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Level 1): - Provide fast, friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests and beverage servers (2-minute production cycle per 3 alcoholic beverages) - Build relationships with guests by engaging and creating an entertaining environment - Keep the bar area clean and the workstation stocked in accordance with established health and safety guidelines - Operate a cash register/POS system, ring the proper amount into the register, and give a guest or server the correct change; accountable for all cash, charge, and complimentary sales according to established procedure; maintain the integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities - Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines -...
