The Director of Document Review plays a critical role in the success of UnitedLex client deliverables and relationships, aligning themselves to client priorities and ensuring excellence through clear and proactive communication and expectation-setting, budgeting, process planning, and team development. This leader will leverage their deep knowledge of the eDiscovery and passion for people to drive superior outcomes. This is a remote position, and we welcome applicants from throughout the country. RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Management Exercises deep knowledge of EDRM process and Relativity workflows by developing and refining processes, identifying and managing potential risks, and meeting quality and financial targets. Overseas 10-15 eDiscovery Document Review projects. Accountable for approval and accuracy of matter level budgets created by team members working within the Director’s portfolio and ensuring adherence to these budgets.
