SUMMARY: Position includes personal production, building and coaching a mortgage sales team. Responsible for recruiting and training, of new mortgage loan officers. Adherence to compliance standards and other duties as assigned. CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS: Willingness to provide a level of service which will clearly differentiate us from our competitors.
