Title: Student Technical and Accounting Assistant II- (Federal Work Study Required) Employee Classification: Student Help Regular Division Name: Academic Affairs Department: Financial Aid Office Job Summary: The Technical and Accounting Assistant II is responsible for providing backup support for the America Reads/America Counts program by updating statistical data and reporting information to the Center for Civic Engagement in the Collaboratory program. The person in this position will provide support to the management area of the Financial Aid Office as a customer service representative, and a Technical Assistant for the America Reads/America Counts Program (ARAC). This position could provide support to the front desk of the counseling area of the Financial Aid Office. Duties will include creating, maintaining and updating forms, payroll spreadsheets, monitoring tutor group chat entries and other duties as assigned. This position will also provide support to the Financial Aid Office in general.
