Description Sese Industrial is a greenfield operation that has an immediate opening for a Master Logistics Trainer. The Logistics Trainer is responsible for maintaining training records for all logistics employees. - Training and motivation of all new team members. - Train new hires in the operation of logistics equipment. - Observe and coach team members to achieve maximum performance - Deliver feedback to new team members and help prepare them for the production floor - Coordinate refresher training as needed - Coordinate and communicate with Training Team, Warehouse Supervisors, Human Resources, and other leadership members. - Assist in updating logistics training matrix to ensure compliance. - Assist in maintaining work instructions, forms, training aids, and training records as needed for all training sessions. - Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation. - Performs other related duties as assigned. - Cost Tracking: Track and monitor costs associated with logistical operations, providing regular updates and insights to contribute to cost-effective planning.
